1.Uxbridge Thursday evening Yoga Class



Thursday 5.45 to 7.00 pm at our Uxbridge Training Centre sees our expert Yoga Teacher, Karen providing Yoga for everyone.  

The sessions are for all Yoga abilities, from new starters to advanced.

While you will benefit from weekly attendance, it is not compulsory to attend every week. You can start at any week by telephoning the teacher direct on 07446 008925. Everything you need will be provided; it is very much turn-up and enjoy!


About Karen

Karen first did yoga when she visited India in 2010.  She didn’t know about Yoga at that time, so did it because it was available with no expectations.  Karen soon started to notice many benefits of Yoga, including feeling healthier, physically and mentally more relaxed and an improvement in a general feeling of well being.

As soon as she returned home to the UK she found an excellent teacher and her passion continued to grow.  Karen completed the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation course in 2014 and continued her Yoga journey by becoming a Yoga Alliance 200 hour Qualified Yoga Teacher in 2016.

Karen does not teach any particular “style” of yoga because she sometimes finds them a bit prescriptive.  She prefers to get back to the original Yoga philosophy and takes a traditional approach.  Her classes are mainly asana (physical posture) based, but also include pranayama (breathing exercises), some chanting, introduction to meditation and of course, plenty of time for a full relaxation.
