This course is an intense first aid course which allows students to gain maximum skills in minimum time possible.

• People who require basic first aid knowledge
• Full First Aid at Work certificate holders who wish to refresh their skills during the period of their certificate

Course syllabus

• Dealing with accidents and illness
• Resuscitation
• Treatment of an unconscious casualty
• Choking
• Treatment of a heart attack
• Control of bleeding

Course duration

• 4 hours

Certificate

• A certificate of attendance valid for one year
